We keep our communication channels simple. We do not use annoying chatbots. We do not use automated ticketing systems that send you endless automated replies. If you need to talk to us, you send us an email. A real human reads it.

What We Can Help With

We built this calculator as a free tool for the community. We want it to work perfectly for everyone. Please email us if you find a bug in the math. Include the exact numbers you typed into the calculator so we can recreate the issue.

We also love hearing feature requests. If you think of a new calculation mode that would help local business owners, tell us. We built the "Advanced Star Breakdown" mode because a user requested it. We listen to good ideas. Learn more about our mission on the About Us page.

What We Do Not Do

Please read this section before you email us. We receive dozens of emails every week asking for things we simply do not offer.

First, we do not offer SEO consulting services. We built this tool to help you, but we cannot log into your Google Business Profile. We cannot write your review response templates. We cannot fix your suspended listing. You need to hire a dedicated local SEO agency for those tasks.

Second, we do not sell Google reviews. Buying fake reviews violates Google's terms of service. It will get your business banned from local search. We strongly condemn the practice of buying or trading fake reviews. Do not email us asking where to buy them.

Bug Reports and Technical Issues

If you discover a technical issue with the calculator, we want to know about it immediately. To help us fix it quickly, please include specific details in your email. Tell us which browser you use (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). Tell us what device you use (iPhone, Android, Mac, Windows). Tell us the exact numbers you entered before the error occurred.

A good bug report looks like this: "I use Chrome on a Mac. I entered a current rating of 3.8 and 42 reviews. When I set the target rating to 4.9, the output said NaN." This level of detail allows us to recreate the bug on our own computers and patch the code fast.

Response Times

We check the inbox every morning. You can expect a reply within 24 to 48 business hours. We do not check emails on weekends. If you email us on a Friday afternoon, you will hear back from us on Monday.

We also explained exactly how Google rounds its numbers. Your question might already have an answer waiting for you there. Also, review our Privacy Policy regarding how we handle support requests.
